Ps: Below please find our cancellation and amendment policies for normal conditions. Bookings made for special event periods may incur special booking and cancellation conditions. You will be notified if these conditions apply, at the time of booking.
How to use the confirmation ?
If you have booked a service, please present a copy of the "Voucher" to service supplier on arrival. If you do not arrive on the date the property will release the service and full charges will apply. If you have booked services, please present a copy of the "Voucher" to each supplier at the start of each service. If you do not arrive at the meeting point on time the tour will depart and full cancellation charges will apply. Failure to present a "Voucher" may result in you being charged again or the service not being provided.
Please Note Any items not included in the price you have already paid such as minibar, porterage, laundry, telephone etc. will need to be paid by you locally to the service supplier. Accommodation and Service Vouchers are non-transferable to a third party.
Delayed Arrival In case you cannot arrive on the date the property expects you, please notify us as soon as possible using our contact numbers so that we can advise the property accordingly.
